Walt Disney Pictures Presents The Wild is a single-player, side-scrolling adventure game based on the upcoming Walt Disney Pictures' film, premiering April 14, 2006. In this action-packed adventure, gamers play as Samson the Lion or Benny the Squirrel as they journey from the New York City zoo to the wilds in search of Ryan, Samson's lost teenage son. The game features 18 wild levels, playable in both Story and Challenge modes, with unique levels for Samson and Benny. Lava-spewing volcanoes, falling stalactites, angry dogs, charging wildebeests and numerous other obstacles must all be conquered to achieve their goal of rescuing Ryan.
